1st Floor begun

More concrete.....

We are shocked that they poured the double areaway stairs at the rear of the house! It's great to have freinds that already live in the community so we don't have to go by as often. These pics are thanks to Mr. Adrian Ifill, he and his wife Shavonne (Wawa) have been living in their Courtland Gate in Oak Creek for just over a month. So far, they love it!

The Foundation Concrete Is Poured

It's SUPER exciting to see the 1st level of the house with all the concrete walls. Wonder if they will need to suck all that water out of there?

Foundation Readying

The crew has set the concrete foundation frames on the lot and are preparing to pour! They've experienced a few days of delay due to all teh rain that we received after the dig. Not sure how it will play in to the overall time frame, but I'm sure they factor in a cushion for the unexpected!
