The Contract has been Re-Signed!!!!
After many months (somewhere around 5 to be exact) of what has been nothing less than an emotional, house-hunt roller coaster - the Ryan contract for a Courtland Gate on Lot JB3 is signed! We were previously 'under contract' back in October for the same house, but on Lot 23, but given the terms of the contract that we had in place, Ryan had the right to sell the lot to any other willing and able buyer. As such, we had to pick another. Though the lot we are ending up with is not 100% what we may have chosen, it will be just right for us. We are feeling Blessed to have the opportunity to proceed with building a house for our family!
