We're Breaking Ground!!!

We received the email that we've been patiently awaiting from our Construction Project Manager (PM), Ross:

"WE'RE BREAKING GROUND TOMORROW!!!"

With all the obstacles Malcolm and I have faced in getting to this point, I can finally breathe a sigh a relief. It all feels real now and we can only give credit to God! Additionally, I recognize the significance of the breaking ground date. It is my maternal grandmother's (Mama) birthday. She was the matriarch of our family and she passed away not even a year ago. It means the world to me to celebrate not just her life on this day, but also the beginning of 'life' for our new home. It is the upmost sign that this house that we will build for our family is MEANT TO BE!
